The “AR” in “AR-15” rifle stands for ArmaLite rifle, after the company that developed it in the 1950s. “AR” does NOT stand for “assault rifle” or “automatic rifle.”

watching Bill Maher show when he was talking about letting Joe be Joe. He said that if he wins, everyone should get behind him. He also said his gaffes can't be no worst than all the incompetence or mistakes of Trump. He had some clips he made of Joe going to sleep on a bed in a furniture store and jumping on Opera couch with a meat dress, Joe humping the flag and him eating burgers off the floor. It was such a funny show.

This makes me think of that show. So what if Joe curse or slip up,:this is Joe being Joe. I reminds me that we can't take a purity test in the election ,especially what is squatting in the white house. Trump is an embarrassment every hour on international stage and here at at home. There is nothing any of the candidates can do to make me judge them if they win. I just look at the ages and chalk it up to grumpy old men,no worst than the Donald. So go Joe.I am not going to judge you. Please just kick that thing of an embarrassment out of the white house.

I’m not a fan of the swearing and the aggressive responses to voters. Yes, many are shills, liars, and trolls, but a candidate for the highest office in the land needs to maintain some decorum. Many if not most of us are looking for Biden to restore some dignity and normalcy to the office and our national political culture. He’s traditionally been something of an optimistic, “happy warrior.” It can’t be emphasized enough that we aren’t looking to get into the mud with Trump/his cultists.

considered wimpy. I'm sure when Joe is our President there will be dignity, but during the campaign I expect when there is an antagonist acting like a jerk you'll get the same kind of crude response from Joe & rightfully so. NONE of what Joe has ever said comes close to the obnoxious talk of the current WH occupant. We'll all be glad we won't have to hide our heads in shame because of the way our President acts & speaks.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

27. Here's Joe's proposal for assault rifles
Tue Mar 10, 2020, 11:51 AM
Mar 2020

"Buy back the assault weapons and high-capacity magazines already in our communities. Biden will also institute a program to buy back weapons of war currently on our streets. This will give individuals who now possess assault weapons or high-capacity magazines two options: sell the weapons to the government, or register them under the National Firearms Act."

That's what he's on the record as proposing.

Can't intelligent people be found to ask the questions?

With the way things are now, telling him he was full of shit is both true and accepted as it might not have been before.

Really I am asking because there are more intelligent ways to deal with an arguement when campaigning
Joe Biden tells factory worker ‘you’re full of s---’ during a tense argument over guns .
Yep that is what I want young kids to hear from a future president .
Just more degradation of the office . Yes I know it started with nasty Trump , but why emulate foul mouths ?

John Kerry was playing to the windsurfer crowd in 2004. These are the guys we need to rescue. Biden's style fits very well.

Now, with a female candidate that is the last type you want. The reaction would be polar opposite.

Joe Biden
