Menoni: Sailors going back to USS Theodore Roosevelt this week

Joint Region Marianas Commander Rear Adm. John Menoni said sailors from the USS Theodore Roosevelt will begin rotating back to the ship this week.

"This is the next big milestone in our mission to get the ship safely back out to sea and defense of our nation," he said.
