Martin O'Malley weighs back in on BLM issues on Facebook - 'I’m not done listening'

It was important I be @Netroots_Nation & to be a part of the #blacklivesmatter conversation. I’m not done listening: http://omly.us/1gKG1lE

"It was important that I be at Netroots Nation this weekend, and I am grateful I was a part of the important conversation about ‪#‎blacklivesmatter‬—a conversation that must not end with this conference. I am already listening to and speaking with leaders from this movement, and I will continue to do so throughout my candidacy to ensure those voices and needs help shape my criminal justice reform package to make it as comprehensive and effective as possible. -O'M"

out of the two, and seems genuinely willing to listen. At least he didn't threaten to leave if the protestors didn't pipe down.

and he is doing what I expected and hoped for him to do as a candidate.

All that garbage I am seeing in GDP denigrating BLM, I am so very happy to see O'Malley willing to go forward and be willing to engage, work with and listen to a very important movement.

staff work, and 'benefit' of hearing others' responses prior.

He may be too good, esp for 'majority' DUers, the 'herd.'
