While I admire his enthusiasm for being a President of the United States, he offers nearly nothing that Bernie hasn't already offered or better.

(136,064 posts)3. He has a vast amount of executive experience,
as mayor and governor, which no other candidate has.

(371 posts)4. I seem to recall Bernie being a mayor of Burlington
so there's that.
The only difference is that Malley has governor experience.
Why hasn't O'Malley gained much of a traction as an alternative to Hillary Clinton?

(136,064 posts)6. 8 years mayor,
8 years governor of a 'large' state, 'only' difference is a large one.
Why 'little' traction? MSM noise machine is very loud, hrc's bankers spend a lot of $, and Governor O'Malley is mild-mannered. Read about him here: http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=forum&id=1281

Just trying to figure out why he's not getting much traction.
