Made my first tincture.

Had a lot of chocolope and odds and ends left from last year’s plants so I gave it a try. Used glycerin rather than alcohol, because I’ll be adding it to tea and coffee mostly. Not at all scientific, so I’ll have to figure out the dosage. Maybe licking the spoon wasn’t the best idea.

Would love to know how you did it and if it works out OK. Did you decarb?

2. Yup. Decarb is important because you release

the THC. There’s a number of recipes online. I was pretty lackadaisical in measuring, basically what I had laying around. I used my instant pot on warm cycle for 24 hours. I’ll be honest, it does have a real raw taste. I’ll have to figure out how to strain finer. That being said, I’m happy with the result. Looking forward to Sunday morning wake and bake.
