I CAN SLEEP

After coming back from Iraq, way back in 2006, my sleeping habits were of about 3 hours every night. It sucked. 2 months ago I ate a special brownie for the first time EVER, that night I was able to sleep for 6 hours straight. Now I eat one small brownie at night allowing me sleep through the night. When I get the munchies I don't eat, because I am in control and not the THC entering my body. Sometimes I fail and the munchies win and I end up eating a pizza. A medium Pizza, not a large one.

Just wanted to share my experience with the Tetrahydrocannabinol effect.

In my case, I have nightmares if I use marijuana. Very bad nightmares.

I've never been able to sleep long hours, and I envy people who can. Lately, though, I've been able to get up to seven hours some nights, and I'm thrilled about it. There was a time when I was going a couple of days with no sleep, and I swear I felt my brain dying. I had high hopes for my edibles, but the nightmares were so awful that I couldn't continue.

Finally learning how to meditate helped me immensely, and lately I've also been taking a magnesium supplement and it seems to be helping too.

Good luck, and sweet dreams.

I know sometimes it was a blend because it's all that was available.

My nightmares were always something involving my family. A doctor I talked to said that it was probably because of how quickly I went into REM stage because of the pot.

I am ready to head over to my dispensary and get more medicine. I only smoke to go to sleep or help fall back to sleep. I prefer Indica with 90% THC.

5. I've found that hybrid gummies work better, for me, than do Indica gummies

Which doesn't make a whole lot of sense but, that's what works for me. I cut them in half, and that seems to be perfect. I can usually sleep 5 to 6 hours. If I do wake up, I just use the other half.

( so no calorie guilt) and I have all my flower in jars next to my chair and my bong and I watch Disjointed and smoke and eat my brownie.

Glad you can sleep! Hope you're in a legal state so you can get your meds...

I don't indulge very often, but I do like that it's legal here if I'm so inclined.

I will pass this on to him.

He has Sleep Apnea (uses a BIPAP) and just got his PTSD Disability granted.

His BIPAP is not always successful in giving him a full night's sleep, so I will run this by him. Thank you!
