1. It's a start. They are admitting there is some benefit to it. Now explain why making

people wait until they are terminal to get those benefits makes sense? Helping someone with keeping food down and pain should help their prognosis all through treatment, no matter when the medical condition was diagnose and treatment begun. Plus any other benefits, like just helping them feel good.

Go to any state where Medical Marijuana or Where Weed can be smoked without someone throwing you in a Private Prison.

I’m surrounded by non-legal states: PA to the north, WV to the West/sw, VA south and DE east. Washington, DC does have legalized cannabis, but no regulation (thanks Andy Harris).
