Interesting articles on Hillary.
http://www.democracynow.org/2015/4/13/debate_hillary_clinton_sounds_populist_toneRemember Obama's Populist rhetoric followed up by "I'm a new Democrat" in his acceptance speech"? They will say what needs to be said until they get into office.

(14,255 posts)Crap I have noticed today - social issues are waaay more important than economics issues. Gee, wonder why that is being floated.
People who do not support Hillary are either Haters or Griefers. Like being in junior high, really.
I put the word Hillary in my trash filter for a while. How peaceful!
Here's a thought - ramming her inevitability down our throats, gloating about the money she has raised - OK, then - no need to contribute or vote!

(14,733 posts)so many of the centrists push that 'social trumps economic' meme and have for years across the blogosphere. And they have to, because so many of their preferred candidates are far more like actual Democrats on social issues, and far more RW on how they approach economic issues.

And isn't it a comfort to know, for example, that men and women will be equally out of jobs because of ever-increasing H-1B visas? Equal opportunity, baby!

Ie,
And shes been missing in action on the $15 demand. The $15 demand is taking over nationally, and she, like other people in the Democratic Party establishment, have been completely silent. She was on the board of Wal-Mart. Alice Walton has donated the maximum to her super PAC, to Ready for Hillary super PAC. And Wal-Mart is a corporation that has a a notorious union-busting record. And the $25,000 that Alice Walton donated to her is well more than the hourly employees at Wal-Mart make in a year, two-thirds of whom are women. And so I think we have to be very clear that she is going to represent the continuation of what weve seen in the last several decades, including Obamas presidency, that this is going to be a Wall Street-controlled White House, and we need an alternative.
