(1,090 posts)I'd keep working if nothing else to pay for the extras i like, you know, Bernie donations, cat shelters and the like. plus I'd do more volunteer work. I used to drives Vets to SLC hospital before they hired a professional drive. It was fun trading stories with the men and women while taking the four hour trip. Oh well, sounds like it won't fly.

(18,133 posts)Is that across the board everyone gets the same thing. Basic needs are met. It doesn't stop anyone from getting rich, but it stops the means based access to assistance so that no one needs to game the system and no one gets stigmatized for getting the help they need.
