NBA concerns are growing with a spike in Florida coronavirus cases

I'm not a big sports fan but found this discussion interesting as the big money boys play the dangerous game of testing the waters with potential coronavirus infections in sports.

The same game is being played out across the entire American economy.

I forgot about those. Yep, with all that blood, spit, sweat, and intense contact, very dangerous! fleur-de-lisa Jun 2020 #3

with a virus that is airborne. Relatively small playing surface, no protective gear, lots of physical contact.

Baseball: outside, not all that much contact
Football: inside or outside, lots of contact, but played on a big field, could add face shields to helmets
Soccer: not much better than basketball, but the playing field is larger

It would seem boxing and wrestling would be potentially very bad, although only involving a few people if no audience.
