1. You can't "upload" an image to DU.

The photo has to already be online somewhere (flickr, facebook, wikipedia, etc.), and then you just post the link.

2. Given it's an advertisement for a film by Jon Stewart, it's probably just a typo . . .

Can't imagine the distributor of a film would insult the most likely audience.

Poorly formatted text. Easily imagine it's just poorly proofread as well.
