(95 posts)5. I've seen "Saturday Nigh Fever" a few times.
Last year, I attended a 40th-year-anniversary screening of "Saturday Night Fever" during a national re-release of the film here in Boston, through FathomEvents.com. It was a beautiful screening, and there were a number of people there. While Saturday Night Fever doesn't hold the same special place in my heart regarding movies as West Side Story, it was nice to see it again, especially on a great, big wide screen, in a real movie theatre, with the lights down low.
John Travolta was good as Tony, and the music was wonderful, too.
