I recommend "The Tale". I watched it on HBO.

It is the story of documentary film maker Jennifer Fox and her abuse as a 13 year old. It is a film with Laura Dern, Ellen Burstyn (as her mother), and Jason Ritter (as the serial abuser). I found it hard to watch but kept going.

It put you into the mind of a young Jennifer and how a girl like her (well off family) could be groomed to be a victim. And it put you into the mind of how an adult Jennifer would deny that she was ever a victim.

There are things like how the 70s were so much more permissive, and about trust in exceptional adults. And I think the most important part is how much Jennifer forgot and how much it affected her life.
