The Tiger Hunter on Netflix.

It’s good and funny. It’s well written and acted.

So many times I search prime and Netflix for good movies, and starting them only to realize right off the bat that it is a bad movie.

It was the opposite with this movie. I knew this was good from the beginning .

Sami wants to win over a girl he has loved his whole life. They are totally connected in Indian village, but her father wants a rich man for her.

In 1979, even though he has become a well educated engineer, and has come to Chicago to make lots of money, he finds that there are already many like him doing menial jobs to stay afloat.

It is about his taking lessons from his father, an actual tiger hunter hero in his village, and using them in the modern world to win back his girl, and to realize what his father really meant.
