PBS FRONTLINE: How did the government come to spy on millions of Americans? -- On Line Link
United States of Secrets (Part One)How did the government come to spy on millions of Americans?
http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/view/
It's two hours long and next week is Part Two. It was Excellent Watch about the NSA Spying, how it expanded under Bush, how he lied about it, the persecution of Whistle Blowers, NYT holding up story of illegal Bush spying until after the 2004 Election so the people wouldn't know, Obama's broken promises to reign it in and touches on Greenwald and the Snowden Document release.
*WARNING* ...It's overwhelming to watch the whole two hours in one sitting. Good to break it up in segments.
Will Post "Part 2" when available next week.

(1,092 posts)I do not see Bush or Obama being devastated by this in any way. They are not going to impeach or remove Obama from office for this...and Bush will not be prosecuted for a crime.
