Man promotes awareness for people with disabilities by selling gumballs on the street

Arthur Tedei of Evanston has been selling gumballs and candy bars from his wheelchair for more than 14 years.

He has cerebral palsy but he’s not letting that get in his way.

The reason he does this? To promote awareness for people with disabilities. And if he makes a little money, he says “it’s a bonus.”

Marcus Leshock features Arthur in his latest edition of “Mr. Brightside.”
