Elizabeth Warren Feelin' Duh Bern

Sounds awfully familiar . . .

From her Facebook page from Sanders supporters:

Your unwillingness to endorse Bernie prior to Super Tuesday indicates to me that your fear of pressure from Hillary friends on Capitol Hill “trumps” your commitment to the progressive cause. I have lost faith in you and the DNC.

Elizabeth – is there ANY reason on God’s green earth that you’re sitting quiet in the corner while Bernie is awaiting your endorsement? Am I missing something here???

Is she really part of the establishment? How can she, as a representative of the people, as a self proclaimed progressive, not publicly endorse Bernie Sanders? Do you think she owes Clinton some political favors? hmmmm.

With every day that passes without your endorsement of Sanders, Wall Street rejoices, and the corporate owned Hillary Clinton is validated. Shame on you.

Sen Warren let all of the progressives down and the country by not endorsing us before Super Tuesday. With her help, we could have and should have won Mass. Why and what does she have up her sleeve???

Karl Rove’s money? Are you smoking crack? I love Elizabeth and would have supported her over Bernie had she chose to run, but I am deeply disappointed in her for not supporting Bernie when it mattered. She will lose ALL credibility if she supports Hillary at any point as Shillary is tied to Wall Street.

You have let all progressives down. Sanders can still win, but if he doesn’t that’s on you. And when Trump defeats Clinton that will be on you too. You’re a sellout. Your endorsement will not save Clinton and we will not vote for her. It’s worthless now.

Warren is a wuss. Her silence will not be forgotten.

Senator Warren: I will no longer support or contribute to you or your campaigns. I think it unconscionable that you can continue to condone the corruption in Washington by NOT endorsing Bernie Sanders. I am actually shocked that you would leave a fellow progressive twisting in the wind, as the Clinton Circus rolls into your state and cheats her way to a very narrow win. You’ve made it very clear: you’re only interested in your political career, not showing solidarity to the people promoting the important causes that you apparently only pay lip service to.#FeelTheBern

I sincerely hope that another progressive runs against Warren so that she can be voted out of office as a reward for her cowardice. I understand Warren is in a difficult position, but this is a time for courage.

“In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.” – Martin Luther King Jr.

This person does not speak for all Progressives and it's damn presumptuous to think they do. Many of us Progressives support both Clinton and Warren.

I am just reporting that they were obnoxious and are turning on Warren. Hopefully this is a wake up call. Your response at least acknowledges how obnoxious they were.

4. Are you REALLY a Bernie supporter???

I've got to start by saying that while I do not support Hillary, I WILL vote for her if she becomes the candidate. I've seen several mentions of garbage posts like this, but since DWS's attack on Elizabeth's commission, I've become very skeptical about them coming from actual Bernie 'supporters'. There's also DWS's unraveling Obama's legacy of campaign contribution donations from lobbyists & etc. that make me wonder about the future of the DNC.

I've also stated for several years that I'd support Elizabeth for President in a heartbeat. She's the kind of for real progressive and Democratic Socialist that we truly need to be the first woman POTUS. I was very disappointed when she chose not to run, but then Bernie stepped up.

I've been a volunteer and active on Bernie's campaign for several months and while I've found a lot of passion, I've never found nastiness or vitriol like this from anyone. I was also a volunteer for both Obama campaigns and there were similar kinds of 'supporter' comments made that made no sense at all. This reminds me far too much of the old Swift Boat attacks by dirty tricks people. No one can be a Bernie 'supporter' and write this kind of crap. It is totally against what the man is and what he stands for.

On the other hand, there is obviously a tremendous amount of turmoil inside the DNC. What with what DWS is and has done, the resignation of Tulsi G. and her support for Bernie, and the very quiet but serious pressure put on elected Dems to support H, I'm wondering what the difference is between them and the RNC. I don't know where the 'Bernie Bros' have come from, but the certainly didn't come from the Sanders campaign that I've been involved with.

treat his allies, he is out of touch with them, over his head or doesn't care. He's said he condemns the behavior, but it continues. It's like poking a hornets nest. I wonder what he really thinks about it.

I also think this is a tiny segment of the electorate that spends too much time (like myself) on Internet boards.

think he is overworking as things are right now, and he still has 8 months more of this hectic
pace to go, and he is 74 years old! He needs all the help he can get. Being senator and running
for the presidency at the same time is an extremely exhausting affair -- even for a young
individual.

Are you now turning against Bernie, too? Like I said, I have my doubts about your claim to being
a Bernie supporter.

"...this piece is, however, is a comment on the mean-spiritedness among a number of Sanders’ “acolytes” that has targeted yet another liberal Democrat; this time focusing on a progressive heroine. According to the “fair weather” Warren friends and supporters, Hillary Clinton won the Massachusetts’ presidential primary because the Senator remained neutral and declined to endorse Senator Sanders over Mrs. Clinton. Now to reiterate, this is not about Senator Sanders; he is not the one publicly bad-mouthing progressive hero and Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren; but his “most vocal supporters are.”

you have forgotten this, you most likely also have forgotten all the work she has done over the
past years of bringing into public awareness the bribery and corruption of the Corporate Power
people. For a long while she was the only Dem. senator openly asking how come none of the
big bankers had ever been in court charged with economic crimes that impoverished literally
millions of Americans in 2007 and 2008, and instead, received only a mild slap on the wrist?
Elizabeth was the only one who had the courage to do that. And she is still doing it today, and
she is a heroine to millions.

Do you change your mind that quickly? You don't know what special reasons she may have, and
neither do I. So, stop accusing her of anything. I have my doubts whether you are actually a
Bernie supporter as you claim to be.
