guided meditations (by Robert Monroe) and past-life regressions (by Mira Kelley) are the most refreshing. Also, either just being in nature, in a nice, non-chain-store garden center, and doing my own gardening. If I had even just a small patch of land in which to grow things (with plenty of sun) I'd be even happier.

Doing things for people, especially when they aren't expecting it, recharges me as well.
