Motorcycle accidents can be horrible. They know that the best. I hope he has a full recovery.

(39,215 posts)2. Thank you. As we sat beside my brother this week after his accident we could not have found a better
group of support. They were there the entire time giving us help in so many ways. I was impressed.

(39,215 posts)4. Thank you for your wishes. We took him off life supports due to the brain damage - even though he
was wearing a helmet. He died on the 3rd. For us it is what he would have wanted us to do. I am okay as I am too busy with great grandchildren to be anything else.

(82,333 posts)5. I'm so sorry. I really don't pray much but I will for him and you and your family.
Check out that group. They'll know what you're going through.

Making these decisions can be so difficult and I hope you and your family are able to comfort each other.
I have had some dealings with the biking community. They are similar to the cruising boaters community. There are few groups that I have encountered that will come through so strongly in times of need.
Enjoy those great grandchildren and hug each other.
