Does the divine do miracles?

If so, do you have any thoughts on why miracles happen in some instances and not others?

1. I don't believe the divine does this today but who am I to limit God's mercy and power.

I believe these things happened during the old and new testament periods.

But I do believe in the more astounding miracles reported in the Bible - we don't know every detail of how they happened, but I believe they happened.
