My first course in college - actually the first room I walked into as an undergrad - was an intro to Philosophy. Teacher with sandals lit up a cigarette and started talking way over our heads.
Aside from a few other courses, that's it...but I do think a lot about things that have no good answers - so what the hell - here I am!

I discovered that whatever got discussed in the philosophy class was immediately applicable to whatever was going on in the next class I went to. Except geology. I hated geology.
