The person I'd talk to about psych meds is the doctor you see who prescribes them to you and tell them that you have questions about the drugs and how you are feeling .

It wasn't what I expected. It seemed more like a guided visualization.

I had a positive experience with it, and thought it was pretty powerful. But it didn't become a replacement for my meds.

I only went twice. Maybe it would have been a different outcome had I stuck with it.

Why not give it a try?

It's like anything else. The more you put into it the more you get out of it.

It will be done by the psychologist i see but the the psych med prescribing nurse I see also can do hypnosis but she isn't doing that type of therapy at the clinic she is currently working at. I did ask her and she said sometimes it helps in reducing meds and sometimes not.

Just wondering what others experiences have been.

I have to tape it and replay it. I don't have a smart or Iphone or a tape recorder.

I hope my apple laptop is enough. I've been practicing with the photobooth on the laptop but i wish I could just use audio recording but can't figure out how to use that on the laptop.
