HELP? I have an active Star Membership, but no stars to give!

When I try, I just get a page wanting me to buy a Star Membership. I could renew, but I just did that via recurring payment less than 2 weeks ago. Any ideas?

Same here. Also, couldn't get past Paypal. Never got to "pay as guest". LoisB 2 hrs ago #3

3. Same here. Also, couldn't get past Paypal. Never got to "pay as guest".
