The juries aren't supposed to be lynch mobs, so letting borderline posts stand seem appropriate.
Unless one is a scalp hunter, I think Marble Falls is right in that juries get 90% right.

(62,286 posts)3. I've pulled a hair trigger four or five times in my years here. I've only had to mea culpa once and EarlG fixed it ...
... at least a few of the alerts went 7-0 against me, I know because I was locked from alerting for 24 hours.
The jury system with it's few flaws works extremely well.
