Can I post a YouTube short?

If so, how can I make it show up and play like a usual YouTube post?

1. Let's see if this works...

Go to Youtube, select a short. Right click on it. Then click on "Copy Link Address." Come back here and paste it.

2. In the link replace

"shorts/" with "watch?v="

I took out the https://www.youtube.com on the second one so you can see still the link.
