What determines which videos are shown under "Latest Videos" on the home page?

Just wondering why the video I posted in "World History" didn't show up with the videos displayed on the home page. If I click on the "Latest Videos" title/link, it does show up on that page.

You can see this on each forum's "About" page. Only videos posted in "political" forums are displayed on the home page -- the Latest Videos page displays everything. Note that if you want, you can filter the Latest Videos page to just show one or the other using the filter bar at the top.
