You may also notice that Journals are currently offline for maintenance. We should have them back up and running some time after the database update is completed.

In order to bring the site back we had to restore a backup, but the good news is that because the backup was taken right before the update happened, we did not have to go back to an older version, and we were able to recover everything.

I think EarlG reiterated that in another post, but I don't see it at the moment. Sounds like everything should be OK once the functionality is restored, though.

It's related to the update that we attempted recently, but are now having to re-do. The update is unfortunately requiring a significant amount of extra work which Elad is currently focused on. There's a specific issue with the Journals that interferes with that work, so they have to be turned off for now. Once the update is complete they'll be turned back on again. Unfortunately I don't have an estimated time of completion yet. It could be a few more weeks at least (yes, it's that much work I'm afraid).
