A Heads-up For EarlG

I got an email as a reminder to do the survey. I already did it the first time I got the email.
So, either my first responses were forgotten, or I have supplied 2 identical sets of responses.
Just thought you'd like to know.

Everyone who took the survey is going to get a reminder -- I should have made it much clearer in the text of the email that I'm only reminding you *if you haven't taken the survey already.* We'll probably be sending out a final reminder next week too, so I'll make sure to make that WAY clearer in the next email. Sorry for the confusion...

Lotsa twisted scamming fraud going on. So now I'm checking here to ascertain that y'all's survey email is in fact valid.

Last year one bank cc put thru a $.01 bogus trial charge followed by 2 fraudulent airline ticket (I presume) charges to the tune of almost $600 plus one of my unrelated charges that 'was' valid. Took a week to get replacement card. They were sending 2 cards to other locations. I grabbed one delivered to a store location that participates in FedEx shipping and receiving. Another was evidently addressed to right street, wrong house number never delivered. Canceled. One sent to my PO Box and had them put it in their safe until I was able to fetch it. Third one finally got to me, correct address. They said only this 3rd card valid, but I didn't trust their say so and def grabbed the one sent to national pharmacy location and my PO Box location. Some financial institutions are increasinly incompetent. The way of the world presently.

Forgive my ramble please...

4. If you took it already you don't need to take it again

And we do have some things in place to weed out duplicates should that occur. Bottom line : If you took it once then you don't need to take it again, but if you accidentally take it twice, its not a big deal.
