I thought it was common knowledge that is required, but I seem to be mistaken. It would seem to me that considering a Post from the readers' point of view, or the point of view of the person you hope will help you, is a great way to avoid a round of 20 questions and get you the help you want sooner. Dog helps those who help themselves.

What kind of OS? (operating system)

What happens? "will not run" is vague.

Does an error message appear? Does anything appear? DU is a link to a page. Does whatever page you are at disappear and some other page, even a blank page appear?

Does the loading indicator stop or does it just continue loading.

Last but not least, just in case, have you power cycled the computer?

2. Netscape running on XP?

4. It loads, but I do not get the format. Just a list down the side of the page. Using microsoft edge for browser.

You have no idea what’s between your gear and DU’s servers.

Cloudflare is a black box that both serves and blocks web content based on a long list of criteria.

Just a factoid. Your problems might be elsewhere, but you need to feed facts to the DU computer detectives.
