Using IPhone, DU isn't "tethered"

I’m in Default mode, and the pages are centered correctly until I touch them, then they can go sideways or diagonally depending on my finger directions. Any ideas? I’ve tried turning my phone off and back on, changing from Default to Skinner, clearing history…nothing has worked.
And it is not due to the current case of vertigo I have.

Doesn't do so on my Iphone so I suspect it is an IOS setting issue. Check all your "accessibility" motion hlthe2b Dec 2023 #1

I've taken pretty significant steps to try to prevent this in the code and on my iPhone I don't experience the problem... unfortunately I was going to suggest all the things you already tried.

I know you already restarted your phone but maybe try just unloading Safari... while looking at the app do a slow swipe up from the bottom of the screen and then flick the Safari tab off the top of the screen. Then open it up again and go to DU.

What happens if you try rotating the phone to landscape position? Does it do the same thing?

and it does the same thing, forums and posts. Tried the Safari suggestion…no go. Still floating.

It's just DU where this is happening? Can you reproduce it on other sites?

I’m updating the phone now, but I’ll check again after it’s finished.

We also just did an update to some files at our end so that could have helped too. I'm glad whatever it was worked itself out.
