There are four options: definitely broke the rules, definitely did not, and then kinds broke the rules and kinda did not.

Yes, these are my words.

So what is the difference? Are the "kinda" counted differently than the "definitely?"

1. Yes... the outcomes have different options

If you answer definitely does not violate the rule, you then get to say if you think it was an honest mistake, a misunderstanding of the rules, or a blatant disregard of the rules. Something like that.

If you pick the squishy sort of answer, it ends there.

I don't remember what happens on a definitely breaks the rule case.

2. My opinion

is that the "kinda" options will still result in the action, (hide or not), but may be used to evaluate future harsher penalty (suspension, ban) should enough transgressions persist.

Hopefully a mod or admin will stop by to clarify.
