I'm not seeing a cursor when typing on my phone.

Not a problem with FB or Chrome doing a Google search.

How do I get it back?

1. When in doubt, I power down and power up the phone.

I lose audio at times when using GPS.

This is more than annoying. I suspect that it goes off into the bluetooth alternate universe, but I can't find it there.

Also, it was connecting to random homes via wi-fi, so I changed that setting to "always ask" An upgrade seems to have changed a bunch of settings. Maybe my GPS was air-playing to someone's home sound system. I'll never know.

So I pull over, reboot the phone and get the audio back. I also turned off bluetooth in the car, just in case.

I can live well without bluetooth phone calls. They can wait! But this experiment has not been tested.

Don't sweat over it. By the time you figure things out, Apple will change them.

Try the reboot.
