How to EDIT OPs in DU4. I can't find any functions

8. Thanks for the information, and one more question...

Do you typically hold the tablet vertically or horizontally when browsing DU? The page shows different layouts depending on the tablet's orientation, so knowing your answer will help me to narrow things down.

Another member reported a similar issue yesterday -- they reported that the Reply button was missing, but it's in the same place as the Edit button so I think this is the same problem.

Hopefully we will be able to track this bug down and take care of it soon.

11. Same problem on my Kindle, & I hold it horizontally.

I can edit replies, but not OPs.

12. I just completed an OP in Video, Health -Diabetes and

wanted to make a slight edit. I always work on my tablet horizontally, but remembered you asking if I used it vertically.

So, I turned the tablet around to vertical mode, saw a green EDIT box at the bottom and made the correction. Voila!

The other 2 buttons at the bottom were REC, red and REPLY, blue.

So I'm good for now. Thanks much.

3. To add: in doing OPs all I see at the bottom are:

Info., Bookmark, Share, Alert, Powers

When I do reply posts to others' OPs, I get at the bottom buttons for boxes- Edit, Recs, Reply.

7. I just tried my tablet again to try different DU settings to see if I could get the Edit button to

vanish, but couldn't.

Back on the Chromebook. Used to love checking DU with my tablet, a Fire tablet, but the formatting went completely haywire for a while this morning - https://www.democraticunderground.com/100218390147 . 50 Shades of Blue had the same problem.

10. I used to be able to find the edit button for my OPs, but now it has

disappeared. I don't know whether it is gone, or whether my Kindle is all of a sudden cutting off the right side of the DU display.
