my problem the last few days does not seem to be the formatting issue

I have been getting a 520 server error on three different devices. desktop and tablet on wifi at home, and phone using cell signal in different locations. refresh usually works, page often VERY slow to load. looks like this -

Unfortunately, as you can see, we haven't been able to resolve it yet. But this and the formatting issue (which are potentially related) are our number one priority at the moment.

3. From my view....

I'm so glad to know it is not a problem with my phone or computer....knowing I don't have to have someone inspect or fix my electronics...I can hang in there just knowing you are working on this....
