1. Copy the url from your first post into a new one.

For example, the url for this post is https://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=post&forum=1256&pid=21071 so if you wanted to link another post to it, you'd just copy it from the heading in Chrome or whatever other search engine you use, and paste it in the new post.

Click on "View All" on the OP and the urls of the replies will then be shorter.
