Photobucket.com or Flikr.com are both free. You have to open an account and put up with ads but hey, it's free.
Once uploaded copy the URL or web address and paste it into the post. In photobucket select the image, on the right will be a drop down menu, click on direct link and ctrl v in your post. You can post any image you find on the web by right clicking on the image, copying the address and pasting it into your post. Just keep copyright in mind when using someone else's images.

Just posted a story and the usual way of View Image Info did not work. Had too many commands.
So I drag it into my desktop and from there - bingo!
