Star membership still not recognized

I've shut down every instance of DU I'm running, rebooted all devices, and I still don't see the star membership I've purchased. I got an email receipt for it: DU's getting the money and I'm not getting the benefits.

I've tried asking in the Ask the Adminstrators forum, with no response. Any other suggestions?

rebooted several times.

I've tried asking the administrators and have received no answer. The next option is to tell Visa to stop payment.

The contact link at the bottom of this page has some email addresses. From what I've seen the Ask the Admins forum is hit or miss to how soon they respond.
