Related: About this forumnew here but not completely new to politics
A quick intro of myself. 40ish progressive democrat that supports Bernie Sanders' agenda, not just the candidate. Most of it aligns with my political beliefs and the course I would like to see this country take. Always considered myself an informed voter but until this election, never realized how truly ignorant, with the political world, I really am/was but I'm working hard to change that(it's a work in progress and one I don't believe can ever be accomplished). I always try to look at things objectively but know myself well enough to realize true objectivity is impossible once one is invested in something. Technologically challenged but getting better by the day.
Anyways, I'm glad to be here and thanks for adding me to your community.

(4,490 posts)Things get a little crazy during primary season, but it's a pretty good place
I am figuring the craziness out pretty quickly. I hope fences are mended afterwards.

(20,453 posts)Objectivity comes and goes here, but it's all good in the end.
I'll be the first to admit that my own objectivity disappears from time to time even though I try hard to keep it in place. Emotions will always come into play and I hope they always do but not to a point where they are the deciding factor in voting decisions. Thanks for the welcome and the wisdom.
