What are the forum rules on posting about an interaction on another discussion forum?

There's another forum we all know, and an incident about a posting exchange with its founder I think would be of some interest, but before sharing it I'm checking on the rules. I could send a moderator a draft post if it'll help answer.

and we don't have moderators, we have hosts. You can read the terms of service and see what is specifically prohibited but I doubt if you will find what you are talking about. However, if you post it and someone doesn't like it, they might alert and have it hidden. The bottom line is you take your chances.
