I bought 50 hearts yesterday. How do I give them away?

I don't see any mechanism for giving hearts, just buying them.

1. I want to know how to give a heart to the person who gave me one. Isn't there a way to find out?

3. At the bottom of each post there's a prompt that asks if you want to give a heart to that member

All you have to do is click on it to give that poster a heart. It also tells you how many hearts you have left to give. That's the way it's always worked, IIRC.

I don't think there's any way to find out unless someone fesses up.
