What's Israel's game plan?

Trump is being sworn in less than 4 hours from now. Israel will go on a building spree in the West Bank and East Jerusalem and not likely to be persuaded to slow down. It's like the American settlors building homesteads in so many places, there was no land left for Native Americans to live.

But what if they run out of water? By that, I mean what if because of their geography and geology, there is no water to sustain the settlements? No drinking water, no water for sanitation, etc. They have their land. They have their homes, but can't live in them.

What will Israel do? Invade (or have the US invade) neighboring countries, to try the same maneuver of capturing land during battles and then settle there?
