http://blogs.villagevoice.com/runninscared/2012/03/occupy_wall_str_48.phpA Philadelphia man was arrested on Friday after police say he dumped buckets of feces and urine at two separate downtown locations -- the stairs of an open-air plaza, and inside an ATM vestibule.
The good news is we've got video of each dumping, which you can see after the jump.
The NYPD is crediting the dumpings to members of the Occupy Wall Street movement, who -- as you may have heard -- have been protesting in lower Manhattan since September.
According to the NYPD, about 8 p.m. on March 14, "Occupy Wall Street demonstrators" were seen dragging large buckets of feces and urine near an open-air plaza at the corner of Nassau and Cedar streets. The alleged occupiers then dumped out the buckets down the stairs of the outdoor plaza.

(20,176 posts)It's NYC. There are thousands of them living on the streets on account of the sensitivity and relative-importance for the well-being of the homeless and mentally-ill by Bloomberg, Cuomo, Patterson, Guiliani and Pataki. Literally the only NYC mayor or NY governor in recent history to care to try to solve the issue rather than look at it as problem (and in most cases exacerbate the problem by cutting shelter funding and services) was Spitzer.

The NYPD has so little credibility these days, what with all the scandals they are trying to deal with, I would want a statement from someone who actually has credibility. Nothing they say would convince me of anything. And Ray Kelly needs to step down, just wanted to mention that.
