Imagine if every cent would have to be accounted for, or the account holder rots in jail until they report their ill gotten gains.

Who paid who for what? When, and where? How much? Who was involved?

Global graft exposed once and for all.

All of us little people have to play by the rules, and we know the masters of the universe don't have any rules.

I know it (prosecutions) isn't going to happen, but it is cool to think about.

The masters of our world are above prosecution and everyone knows it.

Since we all have to pay taxes there may be sufficient outrage to at least get one or two out of a hundred thousand crooks.
