Looking for analysis of recounts

Hello,

Is anyone aware of an analysis of the recounts?

How much of them were just running the same ballots through the same computers with the same code?

How much of them were on DREs with no way to recount?

How much of them were actually hand counting paper ballots?

thanks

Between the 55% of hand recounted and 45% machine recounted ballots in Wisconsin. The difference can be attributed to overvoting where a voter both filled in the bubble and wrote the candidate's name.

There is no evidence of any systemic issues no matter how much people want to believe there was actual vote hacking.
