Ask Yourself...

Putin is a classic authoritarian: he wants to re-build the former glory of the Soviet empire. He doesn't care whom he kills to do it. He doesn't care which country he annexes to do it. He doesn't care how many barrell bombs he drops to keep Assad in power in Syria. Yet, Trump supports him and trusts him over his own country's people, who put their lives on the line for their country. Is the CIA perfect? No. But they're also not comprised of liberals; they're steely-eyed professional analysts, and to ignore their data and trust the words of an authoritarian bad actor is to put the country at great peril.

He wants what Putin has: the ability to marginalize political opponents, toss protesters in prison, and murder journalists who are too bothersome.

Makes you wonder doesn't it. Aiding and abetting an enemy of the United States of America. Not the principles I came to understand as American ideals. Benedict Arnold would be proud of them though.
