You do understand that it is impossible to accurately recount the vote?

It is a fact that voting in the United States is not varifiable。 You cannot recount the voting in a transparant accurate manner。 No one can。 The officials always make excusses about why the recounts are inaccurate but it is done by design。 They do not want one vote one person rule。 The voting winner depends on who is counting in the back room。 Electronics have made this back room harder to find。

But fraud could be greatly reduced by using multiple factor authentication, similar to password reset on an ATM card. Yes, there are a few people that this would not work for. And guess what, they will tend to be rural red staters.

For instance, a swipe card and a temporary password that is sent to your phone with a 10 minute window to enter it. And a confirmation text with your vote details.

Minnesota uses paper ballots and optical readers. In 2008, the entire state was manually recounted, using those paper ballots. Al Franken is our Senator because of that recount. We can accurately recount in Minnesota. So can other states that retain paper ballots. We used the same.e,system in 2016.

You may be correct about one state, but not about all states.
