Does Hillary have any legal recourse?

Can she sue comey and the FBI for obviously in part costing her the election? I mean nothing is really guaranteed in life but it seems like comey's actions were to deliberately cost her the election, especially considering that he sat on the Russian hacking thing.
It's obvious that the repukes won't do anything about it, so Hillary may have to do it herself.

She has grounds to sue--and win--because the pukes didn't care if the shit they said about her was true or not. Besides, they knew they were lying and didn't give a rat's patootie as long as her good public name was tarnished.

And I hope he is charged with violating the Hatch Act. Let him drown in legal fees until his teeth fall out.

In fact I think it will make us look petty, and like sore losers.

Best to just move on

least, would have made a record of the republicon-rigged equipment problems, e.g., in Detroit... instead of being on page 10 or whatever, and we will have the same problems in 2018 with no improvement.

They were in her name and she did not disavow. In the world of campaigns, that is most certainly a degree of support.

booted out for insufficient "cause" -- which Hillary had, but chose not to stand up and press forward.

She has no recourse, were just wishing and grasping at any notion.... well it's done and over with, move on from this point and move on away from her and anything CLINTON.... bad juju, anything with that name is tainted and will hurt the party far worse than help it.... was a bad bad bad terrible stupid moronic idea to have her run to begin with.... wtf was the party thinking.... the Democratic Party would have done better if it ran Bernie, we all know this... Clinton was a mistake just like it was a mistake for beating the dead horse with recounts and trying the electoral college route..... the repubs will not forget it, mark my words, this may have bitten the Democratic Party in the ass, ,,, it may even cost the 2020 elections....... in the words of my grandfather....." Be sure brain is engaged, before opening mouth" .. the party also a whole has really gone too far and made itself look bad, riots, protests, whining, recounts, bitching and moaning..... makes us look like a bunch of children, we should have been more grown up about it, but no the extreme left won't shut the hell up and just regroup and learn from this.... I'm looking at this whole thing from a realistic angle... if you give a pile of shit to a monkey, he'll pick it up and throw it right at you and make a bigger mess...... don't give him the pile of shit, he doesn't have any ammo to use...... duh!!!!!
