Hillary won because ....

The chart is outdated because the current tally has Clinton with a 2.5 million plus lead in popular vote.

Hillary won a large mandate because the Dems had a better candidate and a better platform.

Only one problem, Republican cheat every which way possible in every place they can. Republicans stole the election. That is unmistakable in more ways than one. Voter ID laws surgically targeted Dem voters and prevented enough people from voting to alter the outcome. Voter caging also likely removed enough voters to alter outcomes. Closing polling places and limiting early voting impacted outcome. Abuse of power by Comey as head of the FBI altered the outcome. Hacking the DNC and Podesta likely altered a lot of votes. Fake news, web bots, and troll armies impacted the outcome.

Republicans have once again narrowly cheated their way into the White House when in fact they plainly lost the election.

Her PV margin was two points nationally, but she lost the swing states by two points nationally. Until the rules change, that worked out to a pretty substantial electoral college loss, fair and square.

because enough states won't agree to a constitutional amendment that will disenfranchise their voters.

She won CA. That's about it.
