Have I got a conspiracy theory for you!

Just heard that Bernie and Pumpkinface are working out a deal to keep United Technologies' subsidiaries in Connecticut, and not pull a Carrier to Mexico. Bernie will be sponsoring a law taxing and otherwise punishing anyone who moves a plant south of the border. This also includes no US government (military!) contracts.

The mind boggles at the thought of this deal actually being made months ago.

I just find it mildly amusing that Bernie and Donnie are working together so soon.

checking on it, I see lots of links, most of which talk about both of them trying to nail Carrier, but no specific hugging between them

It sounds more like Bernie is issuing a warning to that asshole than anything.

“I call on Mr. Trump to make it clear to the CEO of United Technologies that if his firm wants to receive another defense contract from the taxpayers of this country, it must not move these plants to Mexico."
