Maybe if he had come out years ago and talked about this behavior of Trump. Maybe when Trump announced he was running and Billy Bush had admitted that this had happened and how ashamed he was about his role and participation and felt it was his obligation to speak out against this behavior and that it isn't acceptable nor "Locker Room" banter.....maybe, maybe then we could say he "learned" and is a better person and I would say have him live his life and be a host on TODAY or whatever show. But a Medal? Seriously?

I also wouldn't want to be Billy Bush at Thanksgiving when he has to explain to Barbara Bush and the rest of the family, especially cousin Jeb, why he didn't "speak up sooner"...
